Seattle Crime is reporting that two people were robbed at Ella Bailey Park at 27th Ave West and West Smith over the weekend. The incident happened just before 9:30 p.m. on April 9th when a group of six to 10 young men attacked and robbed the victims. Police are still looking for the suspects.

This is insane, is there any description of the people in the SUV?
I’m just surprised that there’s these roving gangs of 6-10 folks in SUV’s in Magnolia shaking people down. Never really saw that before.
Okay so how soon until we can get permanent video cameras positioned at each entry point of Magnolia. Wouldn’t be hard to go back and grab the tags of all big SUV’s going in/out around that time. Private citizens could easily set this up 🙂

Yeah, its a little annoying that Seattle routinely omits physical descriptions of the perpetrators. I’ve lived in several big cities and I’m amazed at the fact that Seattle flat out 9 times out of 10 doesn’t do it.
