Conley’s killer found guilty of manslaughter

The man accused of killing Magnolia’s Molly Conley in a drive-by shooting in 2013 in Snohomish County, has been found guilty of manslaughter. Erick Walker was also found guilty of five drive-by shooting and four assault charges.

Prosecutors were seeking a first-degree murder charge.

Walker shot 15-year-old Molly Conley once in the neck as she and five friends were walking in Lake Stevens after celebrating her birthday.  He then went on a 45-minute shooting spree around Lake Stevens and Marysville.

According to Kirotv.com, Erick Walker will be sentenced on April 21st. The sentencing range is 65-80 years for manslaughter and drive-by shooting/assault conviction.
