Owner Kent Chappelle says on Saturday,?the 26th, Chef Jeffery will be preparing his take on the restaurant?s namesake dish ?Tanglewood Supreme:

“This is the casserole my mother lovingly made for our family throughout the 1970s and we will be offering a modernized version in celebration of this first milestone.”

The dish will be available during?happy hour and dinner service alike. As a thank you to the Magnolia community, all proceeds from the sale of the ?Tanglewood Supreme? dish will be donated to TinySuperheroes, a small Magnolia-based organization that makes and provides superhero capes, empowering children who have fallen ill or suffer from serious disabilities.??

Chappelle says:

“Looking back, Tanglewood Supreme had an exciting first year of operations with a busy opening, followed by a brisk fall and winter season thanks to a community ready to embrace the newly opened neighborhood bistro. Throughout the year, we were excited to welcome many tourists and guests from beyond the Magnolia community who found our little bistro as a result of favorable press and user reviews from various online channels.”??
