#FitMob, a new series of six free fitness events with expert physical training for anyone, at any level, that will be hosting?free Tai Chi at Myrtle Edwards Park on Saturday, September 14.
This free event series is hosted by LifeWise Health Plan of Washington and local Olympian and world-record holder Ariana Kukors, who want to help Seattlelites take steps to living a healthier, more active life. Below is the lineup for the remaining events in the series (they already hosted?stair climbing at the Howe Street Stairs and?Zumba at the Queen Anne Bowl Playfield):
Sept. 7 ? Yoga in Lake Union Park
Sept. 14 ? Tai Chi in Myrtle Edwards Park
Sept. 21 ? Ravenna Park trail run/walk
Sept. 28 ? Fitness bootcamp at Garfield Community Center
Neither the Fitmob site nor the Facebook page says where exactly in Myrtle Edwards Park this will take place, and that park is rather large. Does anyone happen to know?
Thanks for any info from the peanut gallery. I don’t want to sign up for Facebook or get spammed by LifeWise just because I want to get my tai chi on.
