  1. I am so disgusted with groups that instill their hatred into innocents like young boys. So I will do everything I can to oppose supporting the boy scouts. Evolve people. It make me feel great that so many of my fellow Magnolia residents are equally disgusted with the predjudice against gays. Shame on the church that sponsors them…I will never support any Magnolia business that supports the boy scouts or the churches that support homophobia. Boys can find more useful things to do than be part of hateful organizations like that.

    1. I have been in Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts and they are a far cry from a hateful organization. They promote love and respect for other people, and yes even for gays even though they are not allowed. Of course if you listen to propaganda or have your own agenda you will speak of them as hateful. What would be better and allow you to be better informed is for you to attend a meeting or meet a scouting family and you might be surprised that no hate was espoused at all. I am sorry that you jump to the conclusion they are a hateful organization. Buy a Scouting manual and let us know by quoting any hateful thing you read in it.

  2. Bravo to the boy scouts and their willingness to stand up for their beliefs and offer young men an alternative to the constant drivel of PC propaganda advanced by the gay agenda that demands that everyone adopt their view that being gay, lesbian, bisexual, transexual, asexual, or any combination thereof is just as normal as being heterosexual. If a young man chooses an alternative lifestyle, that choice should not be infringed upon, but it certainly should not be encouraged and promoted as the gay agenda seeks to do. To all the Seattle snobs who are reading this post and have labeled and dismissed me as being a small minded bigot, I ask that you examine your own values and honestly ask yourself why you don’t support and defend polygamy the way that you do the gay agenda.
