  1. Wow! How does something this serious happen where the speed limit is 30 or 35mph? Aggressive driving maybe? Tragic if not just sad.

    1. I agree with you Peter…my first thought was how sad that this could happen when the speed limit is 35mph. Not saying that its not a speed you cant die from, but it was my initial thought. I dont know how fast the other driver was going, but I saw the photos and it looked like the force of a freeway crash. I was stuck in this traffic going to work and have been thinking about it all day. My heart goes out to her loved ones..so tragic.

    2. I have not seen any follow up information on this story and wondering why? This was an awful tragedy – I am puzzled why there is no more information. Please do some following up.

  2. Yes, agressive driving by following too close and speeding. Witnesses said the red vehicle was speeding and couldn’t react in time when the White Subaru put on the brakes. At least the?driver at fault showed some concern for the poor lady critically injured instead of running from the scene.

  3. I knew the woman who perished in the accident today; a wonderful human being who was bright, caring, professional in her job, and an all around wonderful woman. She will be missed by all of her “at work” family. My heart goes out to her family.

    1. I was riding by on my bike and saw what someone’s thoughtless road behavior did to that car. I make that commute each day and remain haunted it is simply a matter of fate that it was she and not one of us. Her famil[ies] have not been off my mind since. I hope there is somewhere I can send my condolences, or otherwise honor her in some small way.

  4. The woman killed was a saint of a person, always caring for others before herself.? Her elderly mother is left devastated by this senseless, selfish act of utter stupidity.? I am committed in seeking justice on her behalf.? This individual who killed her should never be allowed behind the wheel of a motorized vehicle again.? He is a clear and present danger… He used his car as a weapon.? No different than shooting a gun randomly into a crowd.? He is responsible for vehicular homicide…

  5. I am a family member of this woman. She is loved and will be missed forever. There are no words…..

  6. ? I am so sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to you,? her entire family and all of her friends. My husband and I were in one of the vehicles involved in
the accident. We weren’t injured so we were able to immediately respond to your family member.? Please know that she was loved, prayed for, talked to and held. I am so very sorry. There are no words….

    1. I am a friend of this beautiful, amazing woman. I loved her. Thank you so very, very much for your compassion and prayers. You made a difference……

  7. Have charges been filed? Seems like a week to investigate the crash should have resulted in some answers.
