I can’t wait for the new owner to start doing something with Rudys. ?The place is becoming an eyesore. ?If this goes untouched for weeks, it will be even worse
I saw a budget truck sitting in the butcher shop parking lot with a very large dent. ?It looks like it backed into the building either when they were loading or unloading.
was he dropping off 3 pork chops and some beef jerky?
I’d have to rate this as an improvement.? Can the current owner please make arrangements to mow the weeds.? Thanks.
Couple of more whacks like that and the whole building will come tumbling down.? Just sayin’.
Agree with AnonEmous – Please take care of this property. ?The sale shows as closing on 5/14, which means that it has been two months and nothing done with the place. ?Not expecting it be open or fully remodeled already, but at least have regular lawn service set up. ?
Sad to say, but already getting a bad impression of the cleanliness and professionalism of the new owner. ?Need to do a better job showing that you want to be a part of the community and making the neighborhood better. ?
