If you are looking for a camp for the upcoming winter break, here are a few you might want to check out:
Successful Schools in Action is sponsoring an Art Camp for 3rd through 6th grade students. The workshops are designed and led by Center High School students. The camp is from Tuesday 2/22 through Thursday 2/24 from 9a.m. to noon. The cost is $90. The camp is held at the Center School at the Seattle Center House. Hoopaholics Basketball Camp is being held at Ballard High school for boys and girls grades 2 through 8 from 2/22 to 2/25. The camp runs each day from 9a.m. to noon. Players will be split into different groups based on age and skill level. The cost is $85 per player. Click here to register or email Michael Johnson at mike23johnson@hotmail.com.
The Ballard High School Soccer coaching staff and varsity players are holding a Soccer Camp for boys and girls ages 7 to 14. The camp runs 2/21 to 2/23 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Ballard High soccer field. The cost is $47. Registration forms are available in the main office and must be completed by 2/17 or you can bring your completed form and payment on the first day of camp.
