Dish it Up! abruptly closed its doors in Ballard today.? Magnolia Voice received the following in an email from the shop:
It is with profound sadness and regret?that we announce the permanent closing of Dish it Up!?as of April 2, 2012. To our customers, vendors, cooking class guests,? chefs and friends we offer our sincere apologies for your considerable inconvenience. At the same time, we thank you for eight great years.? Thank you for your patronage.

What a drag. Tried to use my gift card a few weeks ago but they had computer problems. Worthless now.
I love to support local business.? I had numerous bad experiences with this place.? I’m not at all surprised.? Some of the staff were very rude.
Can’t help but wonder how those living social deals hurt them.? Tried to get into a cooking class using a gift card but they were always full due to the LS deal.? Glad I used the card on other stuff instead!
I have a gift card that was received as a wedding gift. It makes me ill not be able to redeem it. Is there any recourse? This is theft.
