Last Sunday evening, a burglar came into our house and stole my purse.? We were home.
They took my burgundy nylon purse, with my wallet, cash, credit cards, ID, personal items in it.? Obviously I?d love to have any of it back.? But the only thing that was irreplaceable is the key ring that belonged to my brother, who passed away in October.? It was my keepsake, my memory of him.
All my stuff was probably thrown away, but if anybody were to see anything, I?d appreciate any help getting it back to me.? It was a gold-metal ring with his baby charm on it ? and it might still be attached to my car key-fob.
Thank you,
Polly

Winter?s chill motivated someone to put colorful coverings?on the trunks of some of the?trees on McGraw Street in the heart of the Village over the weekend.??Some of the trees have cards attached with messages such as??Share the Kindness,? ?Share the Warmth,? and ?Share the Love.?
No indication for the reason behind the effort, which took some time as evidenced by the total amount of knitting involved. At least we know the trees will get some much needed coverage.
