The week?s featured pet from the Seattle Animal Shelter is Daisy. She is a super sweet, seven year old lab mix who is gentle, calm, and very loyal.
Daisy spends her days lounging in her special spots and loves her walks in the park. Inside, she has great manners. Outside, she loves to play in water like a true lab. Daisy is a bit shy at first with people, but warms quickly, and absolutely loves other dogs. She continues to blossom more each day ? amazing what a little love and affection can do for a girl.
Daisy brings all the benefits of being owned by a dog ? boundless love, strolls through the park, having someone to share your secrets with, snuggles, doe-eyed admiration of you, etc. ? without the hassle of having to hike Mount Si daily, just to get her happily tuckered out.
Daisy has food allergies that are easily managed with some care and consideration. She also needs her ears cleaned frequently to keep them healthy. But she’s totally worth it!
Daisy will make a sweet and loyal addition to a moderate to low-activity home that will give her the love and companionship she deserves. Belly rubs and fluffy dog beds are also most appreciated.
If you would like to meet Daisy, download a Dog Adoption Application and send your completed application to the Shelter?s Adoption Review team via email at adoptionreview@gmail.com or fax it to (206) 386-4285. You may also pick up/drop off the application at the Seattle Animal Shelter, 2061-15th Ave. W.(1 mile south of the Ballard Bridge). The shelter is open Wednesday-Sunday from noon-6:00 pm, and closed on holidays.
How cute!
What a sweetie! Wish we could take her, but our house is already full of pets.
