UPDATE 4/6:???The gym is now open again.? The fire was?electrical and?the panels have?been replaced.
A report of a fire at the Magnolia Community Center attracted a large response of fire crews this evening, but as we arrived a short time later, they were already packing up the hoses.
No report on exactly what triggered the response, but it appears to be minor.
My son said it was an electrical fire in the community center gym. It was small and the fire fighters were on it!
It was an electrical fire that stated in one of the lights in the gym. It left a mess on the gym floor. They were trying to scrap up the burn marks this morning. The gym is closed for the time being
