Last month, the Mayor?s Office released a list of seven potential City-owned sites that could be used for sanctioned tent encampments. Three of the sites were recommended for use in 2015, and one of those sites is 3234 17th Avenue W in the Interbay neighborhood.

All are invited to?a community meeting in Interbay to hear from City staff about:

  • The selection process to identify possible City-owned sites.
  • The operations of and conditions for sanctioned encampments.
  • The additional work that the City of Seattle is doing to address the crisis of homelessness.

Staff from the Human Services Department, the Department of Planning and Development, and the Department of Neighborhoods will be on hand to answer questions and discuss their work.
