Monday morning, 10:30 a.m, a woman named ?Han? was waiting for the number 33 bus on the corner of 22nd Avenue West and Gilman, near the railroad tracks. Standing by herself, she was approached by a man who asked what time the bus would arrive? Han began to look up the time on her phone as the conversation turned to the weather. ?I started to ignore him and concentrate on my phone,? she said.?Then she turned around to see him masturbating right in front of her.??I yelled to anyone who might hear me,? she explained.?There was a man who ran to her aid as the?masturbator scurried up Emerson Street.??Dinesh? tells Magnolia Voice he didn?t hear Han yelling. He saw a man near her as he was going to the bus stop. She quickly explained what happened which compelled Denish to run up the street after the man.
“It looked like she was in shock. I thought she needed medical attention,? he revealed.?The hero managed to get a picture of the?perpetrator as he fled.?Barely able to stand, Han was woozy.??I felt like I was going to pass out,? she said. ?I felt dizzy. The blood was running out of my head.??Han feels particularly vulnerable. Her husband is a merchant mariner who works overseas.??I?m scared,? she managed. ?I don?t know if he knows where I live,? as she explained how evidence of a “peeping tom” was recently discovered in her back yard.??I felt yucky. I was shaking all day,? she admits, as tears welled in her eyes. ?Maybe I?m too nice to people. I always will talk to strangers.?
Dinesh said the Magnolia neighborhood is changing.??This neighborhood is getting weirder and weirder. I thought, what if it was my daughter or wife? The neighborhood feels more and more unsafe.??Calling from his current location in India, Han?s angry husband requests a police photo array of local sex offenders so Han can point out the perp.
