The Magnolia Chorale will present a wonderful mix of music inspired by Seattle?s natural beauty as well as celebrating its unique population of coffee-charged citizens who are willing to get stuck in traffic on their way to mile-high bowls of home-grown butter clams. Concerts will be performed Saturday, May 2 at 7:30 pm and Sunday, May 3 at 2:00 pm. at Magnolia Lutheran Church, (2414 ? 31st Ave W). Choir member Lisa writes:
Our concert will be gorgeous and fun as well as visually stunning?.Magnolia?s well-respected artist community will be showcasing original artwork reflecting the mood and sentiment of each musical piece. This lively blend of joyous singing with imaginative art brings forth a remarkable synergy not to be missed.
If you can’t make the concert, there’s a preview wine-and-cheese reception?Friday, May 1, from 7:00 to 8:30 pm at Magnolia United Church of Christ, (3555 W. McGraw St). Meet the artists and learn more about their work. Admission is free with a cash wine bar.
