The man who shot and killed Magnolia’s Molly Conley has been sentenced to over 90 years in prison.
A Snohomish County judge called Erick N. Walker “a terrorist,” stating “It is the intention of this court that you spend the rest of your life in prison.”
Molly’s father spoke from the proceedings (from Kiro):
“This whole thing has broken me. It has broken my family. This courtroom is brutal place. The fact that I’m standing with my back to a person with a blank stare, with the person who slaughtered my daughter, is really brutal,” said John Conley.
Walker did not make a statement during his sentencing hearing. His defense attorney says his client plans to appeal the guilty verdicts.
