Following the untimely death of Rafael Dahlbeck, a house painter with a long history in Magnolia, a fund has been set up to assist his two surviving children. Rafael Dahlbeck was a Magnolia resident who painted homes in the neighborhood for 15-years as an employee and then independent contractor. An avid outdoors enthusiast, he would take his children and dog to play in the park and go fishing in nearby rivers, according to family accounts.
A Celebration of Life will be held at New Horizons Ministries, 2709 3rd Avenue in Seattle, April 4 beginning at 10:30 a.m. More information can be found here.
