Our own star chef, Ludger Szmania takes a different starring role this Saturday afternoon when he appears on ?KCTS 9 Cooks: Chef?s Table? to help out with the station?s pledge drive. This live television broadcast features a dozen renowned Seattle food experts preparing signature dishes during a 4-hour program beginning at 11a.m.?
Chef Ludger is scheduled at 12:30p.m. to prepare his Bacon-Wrapped Chicken with Goat Cheese live, without a net.?
The companion cookbook with more than 100 color photos, includes items featured in the show, plus additional recipes sent in by local chefs ? more than 200 in all, from appetizers to desserts ? will be included with your subscription to Channel 9. A DVD along with an electronic version of the cookbook?are available as thank-you gifts for your pledge in support of programming.
The show is repeated Saturday at 3p.m. and Sunday, February 5 at 1:00p.m.
