Man in his 80s injured in assault at Interbay business

Seattle Fire Department spokesperson Kyle Moore confirmed that a man in his 80s was treated for knife wounds and administered CPR en route to Harborview Medical Center.

“He was not in great shape,” Moore said. “He was suffering from life-threatening conditions.”

The man was injured at an armed assault incident this morning at a business at?2648 15th St. W.

The man was still alive when medics reached Harborview but Moore did not know his current condition.

  1. I knew this kind gentleman. He always greated us with a smile and was very helpful. I find it very sad to think his life was ended in such a terrible way. I hope the indivduals repsonsible for this terrible act are apprehended and are convicted of taking the life of a most kind person. I am most sadded by this new. Rest in Peace. E.
