A falling tree is suspected as the cause for wires that came down on West Lawton Ave a little after 8am on Sunday, causing a power outage to parts of Magnolia, Interbay and Westlake.  About 3,800 homes and businesses were affected at the peak of the outage. Repair crews routed power around the damage, restoring
