Seattle reLeaf’s 2012?Trees for Neighborhoods program is underway-?here’s your chance to help?beautify?your home and neighborhood.? Here’s how it works: Trees for Neighborhoods provides up to 4 trees per household to plant in residential yards. In addition to free trees, participants get free watering bags, training on proper planting and care of trees, and ongoing tree care support. Street tree applications are due September 1 and yard?tree applications?are due October 21.?Many species run out quickly, so submit your application as soon as possible.
