Mayor?s Town Hall in Magnolia

Seattle Mayor Mike McGinn met with residents in Magnolia Tuesday night in an open forum.  If you missed the meeting, the Mayor?s staff videotaped it and you can watch the whole thing here

Residents were able to question the Mayor on a variety of topics.

The visit to Magnolia is one of a series of Town Hall type meetings by the Mayor in various parts of the city.

  1. How about a summary for those of us who don’t have time to watch the whole video?

  2. It was great that the mayor came out to Magnolia. BUT it was too bad that most of the those who signed up to “ask” questions were NIMBYs from lower QA, opposed to improving the efficiency of the W. Mercer Place and the Mercer corridor.

  3. I was there. Not much that was newsmaking or controversial. And too much about W Mercer Place.
